About CMN

Questions About CMN

Who CMN is, how the research works, and how licensed representation fits.

Is CMN Realty Group a government agency?

No. CMN Realty Group is an independent housing intelligence and real estate advisory company. It may support public-sector and institutional work and relies heavily on public data, but it is not affiliated with any government body and does not speak for one.

Where does the data come from?

CMN prioritizes original government releases, official public records, documented market data, and other credible primary sources. Every published chart and material claim should identify the source, geography, observation period, and known limitations.

What does the real estate license mean here?

Charles M. Nolan Jr. holds California DRE license #02223634. Licensed real estate activity is conducted through First Team Real Estate. That allows Charles to carry a buyer or seller decision from research and consultation into representation when a client wants execution.

The research and representation roles are distinct but complementary. CMN research can stand on its own and never requires a transaction.

How does CMN preserve research integrity while also providing representation?

By keeping source facts, CMN interpretation, general advisory support, and licensed representation clearly identified. Published research remains checkable whether or not it leads to a transaction, and limitations are disclosed alongside conclusions.

When representation begins, the role is stated clearly and the licensed activity is handled through First Team Real Estate.

Is CMN research a valuation or an appraisal?

No. Published research and general market intelligence are not a licensed appraisal or a formal opinion of value. Seller and property work may include comparable-market context, pricing evidence, and property-position analysis within the appropriate real estate advisory or brokerage scope.
